Pay for the package. You will get a confirmation email for the payment,
You will receive an email with the Brief intake form. Kindly fill that for the doctor to review before your appointment.
You will receive an email which will allow you to book the appointment. You will recieve a confirmation email for the appointment as well.
You can login to the patient portal using your email to view your active treatments, invoices along with appointments.
